When you have a passion for food & cooking, you also have a passion for people.

Not only has Chef Paul’s successfully mentored and trained many of Southeast, Michigan’s up-and-coming culinarians in the kitchen of Cuisine, but is also teaching culinary arts to the next generation of Chefs at one of the midwest’s most prestigious culinary colleges.

Cuisine is a restaurant that feels like home. In fact, 100 years ago, it was a home, and many of its customers feel a personal connection with both Cuisine and Chef Paul that has developed over many years of dining excellence and make each visit feel like a “homecoming”.

From excellent food , service and beverages as well as unique setting in an historical home, cuisine is an example that sometimes, the whole is greater that the sum of its parts.
